About InvoTech

InvoTech Group (International Vocational and Technical Education) is an education and development initiative dedicated to connecting people, knowledge and opportunities across cultures and borders. Drawing on extensive experience in vocational education, curriculum development and creative practice, InvoTech brings together professional learning, educational consultancy and international cultural exchange. Central to its vision is the development of immersive learning experiences that connect educators, trainers and creative practitioners with the skills, knowledge and traditions of Caribbean makers. Beginning in Barbados, with ambitions to expand throughout the Caribbean and beyond, InvoTech seeks to strengthen teaching and learning, celebrate often overlooked creative expertise and promote greater cultural representation within education. Through collaboration with local practitioners and international educational communities, InvoTech aims to transform difference into opportunity and contribute to a more equitable and inclusive educational landscape.
